Water-harvesting street curb cuts & cores now legal in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Street curb cut directs street runoff into street-side rain garden.

The City of Albuquerque, NM has just adopted a new curb cut policy!

This policy provides a simple process for residents to apply to install curb cuts, curb cores and sediment traps in the public right-of-way to create street-side green infrastructure (GSI) features such as water harvesting eddy basins along their neighborhood streets.
